Kissinger Realty, LLC traces its roots in Milwaukee to 1937 when Helen Hoppe and her brother, Norman Hoppe, started their own building firm, Hoppe Construction Co. Hoppe Construction built blocks of homes and apartments throughout the Milwaukee area, particularly during the post-war housing boom. Helen (now Kissinger) formed Kissinger Realty Co. in the late 1940s, as she expanded the realty business.
In 1970, after graduating from Marquette University, Nancy Pearson, Helen’s daughter, joined the firm as the expeditor/builder for their homes and apartments. Kissinger Realty has built homes and apartments in many communities throughout southeastern Wisconsin, including in Milwaukee, West Bend, Jackson, Newburg, St. Francis, Greenfield, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Pewaukee, Oconomowoc, Menomonee Falls, and Sussex.
Kissinger Realty’s focus has always been on building the complete home. Our homes include features that many builders charge extra for – e.g. higher end plumbing fixtures, better insulation, full basements roughed in for a future bathroom, fully insulated and drywalled garages, real oak flooring, and quality carpeting.
